We take our commitment to quality very seriously and we go to great lengths to ensure that we only produce and sell only the highest quality products.  We are also committed to providing you with outstanding customer service.  As an NSF International® registered and cGMP compliant company, we do not resell returned items.  Therefore, you can be confident that every product purchased from Simplesa has been kept under the proper conditions at all times.

Occasionally a product may not meet expectations. Most unopened products are eligible for a return credit within 30 days; however, heat sensitive products, perishable and special order items are not eligible for a return credit. To be credited for a return, please call (888) 578-5528 for a return authorization number; please note the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.  All returns (excluding those that are due to an error on the part of Simplesa) are subject to a 20% return processing fee since we do not resell items.

Returns will not be accepted without an issued RMA Number.

Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving an RMA Number.

Returns are not available on opened bottles.

Damaged Packages:

If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original package and all its contents and call us immediately.  We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Our Guarantee to You:  Your Simplesa products will arrive to you in perfect condition, or we will replace them.
